Read in the Supreme Court decision over manditory vaccinations it was the hospitals that accepted federal money who had to comply with the mandate.
This is exactly what happens to all cities and counties that have accepted the ARPA money. Encourage your city council and county commissioners to send the ARPA money back. One of the strings to that money is having to obey all federal Executive Orders. Keep Idaho free and do not accept the ARPA money.
